How soon should I expect my order to arrive ?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed to leave the warehouse. During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary and your order might be split up and sent separately due to stock availability.
Standard Shipping Tracked: Arrives in 7 to 10 business days.
Express Shipping: Arrives in 1 to 3 Days

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates. This may result in your order being rejected at customs. Rest assured, once shipped, your parcel will be delivered with our trusted shipping partner within your selected shipping timeframe.

What if I forget to apply my discount code ?
Oops! We are sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order only once.
What happens if I want to edit or cancel my order ?
If you need to adjust your order or cancel it, please contact us promptly using our Contact Form. Provide us with your order number, email address, and details of the changes you need.
We work hard to ensure fast delivery, which means once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If your order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to assist you with returning your order.

What if I put the incorrect shipping address ?
If the shipping address is incorrect you need to email us within 30 minutes of placing the order. We cannot 100% guarantee the changes will go through. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.
If your order was dispatched to incorrect address as entered in your details, we will need to wait until the order is returned to us before we can process a replacement. We cannot guarantee a return will be received due to local postal procedures.

What is the Return & Refund Policy ?
Sometimes, things don't quite go as planned, and that's perfectly fine! If you change your mind about your purchase, feel free to return your product to us.
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, unworned, with tags and in its original packaging.
- Contact our Customer Support team with photos of your unopened products and valid proof of purchase from thevendorville.com, and wait for approval before sending them back to us.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, and original shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
- Ensure your return has a tracking number and send it through to our team so we can confidently track your order back to our warehouse.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Refunds are provided back to the original method of payment within 10 business days once it has been received and passed inspection from our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
